The ball itself has a little give to it, which made it way more comfortable than the hard rubber one I had before. Buckle adjusts down far enough to fit snug without pinching.
The adjustable buckle actually stays put once you get it tight enough, which I was worried about since cheaper straps tend to slip mid-scene. The ball itself has a bit of give to it, so it's comfortable without losing that feeling of being properly silenced.
